Prestigious voting demographic partitioned between the two

In a race in which the decision Samajwadi Party and the Congress have made regular cause to go up against the BSP and the BJP in Uttar Pradesh, Congress VP Rahul Gandhi's political turf of Amethi is seeing a challenge between the two partners.

Gayatri Prajapati of the SP is hollowed against Amita Singh of the Congress, who is upheld by spouse Sanjay Singh, the powerful scion of the recent decision family here.
