Malaysian organization gave a reward to Karti Chidambaram, charges Swamy

Chidambaram's child Karti Chidambaram under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act for his "inclusion" in dark cash and ""unlawful"" arrangement in the Aircel-Maxis trick, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) was not given political authorize to capture him.
