Dinakaran's arrangement unlawful, says Madhusudhanan

Sacked AIADMK presidium administrator, E. Madhusudhanan, has named the arrangement of V.K. Sasikala's nephew T.T.V. Dinakaran as delegate general secretary as "unlawful."
