Robert Harward turns down Trump's national security counselor offer

US President Donald Trump's decision for national security consultant has turned down the employment offer.

Resigned Vice-Admiral Robert Harward was broadly tipped for the post after Mr Trump terminated Michael Flynn on Monday.

A White House official said Mr Harward refered to family and money related duties, however US media said the staying point was he needed to acquire his own particular group.

Mr Flynn had deluded US Vice-President Mike Pence over his discussions with Russia's minister to the US.
