Japan govt promises Rs 4.52 billion concede for water supply in Pokhara

Feb 15, 2017-The Japan government has vowed an allow help of up to Rs 4.529 billion for the change of water supply extend in Pokhara, Kaski area. The venture will be the main water treatment plant to be built in Pokhara.

Japanese minister to Nepal Masashi Ogawa, Finance Secretary Shanta Raj Subedi, and Jun Sakuma, Chief Representative of JICA Nepal marked on the Exchange of Notes for the venture.

This venture will introduce a water treatment plant, conveyance pipes and enhance the ebb and flow supply offices in order to meet drinking water quality models of Nepal as far as turbidity and chlorine content.
