By and large 215 competitors have documented their designation papers from 38 bodies electorate which go to the surveys in the primary period of the Assembly decisions in Manipur on March 4.
Upwards of 24 applicants have documented their papers for the rest of the 22 situates that go to the surveys on March 8.
In a public statement here on Wednesday, Chief Electoral Officer, Manipur, Vivek Kumar Dewangan, said 83 hopefuls recorded their papers on Tuesday as selections for the main stage finished. These papers will be examined on February 16. The last date for withdrawal of papers is on February 18, the discharge said.
Fuel value hits battle
With petrol offering at a high of ₹250 a liter after the financial barricade since last November, the applicants are compelled to do way to-entryway battle by walking.
The United Naga Council (UNC) began the bar in dissent against the production of seven new regions by isolating the current ones.
